What do you need from me to start working?
All we need is some product photos in good quality, your product link, and your logo. It will also be helpful if you are able to provide details, such as a preferred A+ layout, any favorite style you may have, etc. Those allow us to give you the best result that meets your vision.
What conditions must I fulfill in order to have Premium A+?
It is better that you contact Amazon to confirm if you have met all the conditions to have Premium A+.
What happens if Amazon does not approve the A+?
This can happen sometimes due to many reasons, but do not worry. We will work with you to make the necessary changes suggested by Amazon to get it approved.
What if I want the A+ in more than one language or i have other variations?
The given price is for one language, if you have different variations, for language, color, size, or whatever, please contact us before placing the order.
What makes you different from other sellers?
The most significant difference is we never use free Google images like others tend to do. Our unique designs only contain purchased images that are specifically for commercial use. Furthermore, we offer support even after the order has been marked complete to ensure customer satisfaction.
All images in your portofolio are your work?
Yes, all images shown in our portfolio are our work. Also, your project after is finished may be added to our portfolio and/or our social media. If you for any reason DO NOT WANT your design to be shown there, let us know in advance.
If I buy the gig extra to get the source files, what format will I get them in?
We work with Adobe Illustrator, so you can expect to get your source files in either .ai or in PDF format. Another thing to note is that since we do not work with photoshop, we cannot provide PSD format or any other format.
Do you correct my description?
No, we do not correct your description. Despite sometimes we may correct minor things, our team is not qualified in grammar and text correction. We use text from your existing product description on the design of A+.
Do you create video for Premium A+ content?
No, we do not create videos, the video should be provided by you.
