What do you need from me to start working?
We need some photos of your product, your product link on Amazon or the product description in an editable document, and your logo. Then we enrich the design with lifestyle images, infographics, etc.
How many revisions are included in this order?
We provide up to three revisions for this Gig, but our primary goal is to ensure complete customer satisfaction. We are dedicated to meeting your expectations and delivering a final result that surpasses your needs.
Do you provide discounts on bulk orders?
Please message us so we can discuss your specific project and offer you related discounts.
I have products with variation. Will the price be the same?
Generally duplicating the design to variations an extra fee is applied. However, for such cases contact us before placing the order. We reply very fast.
What makes you different from other sellers?
The most significant difference is we never use free Google images like others tend to do. Our designs are unique only contain purchased images that are specifically for commercial use. Furthermore, we offer support even after the order has been marked complete to ensure customer satisfaction.
If I buy the gig extra to get the source files, what format will I get them in?
We work with Adobe Illustrator, so you can expect to get your source files in either .ai or in PDF format. Another thing to note is that since we do not work with photoshop, we CANNOT provide PSD format.
