What do you need from me to start working?
We will need photos of your product, access to your seller central for installing it (level of access: A+ Content Manager).
How many revisions are included?
There are three revisions as a start, however we intend to satisfy all our customers, so encourage that revision to be comprehensive, and if still not satisfied, we offer another round.
What makes you different from other sellers?
The most significant difference is we never use free Google images like others tend to do. Our unique designs only contain purchased images that are specifically for commercial use. We are with 10+ years of experience in helping amazon sellers to improve their sales.
All images in your portofolio are your work?
Yes, all images shown in our portfolio is our work. Also your project after is finished may be added in our portfolio and/or our social media. If you for any reason DO NOT WANT your design to be showed there, let us know in advance.
If I buy the gig extra to get the source files, what format will I get them in?
We work with Adobe Illustrator, so you can expect to get your source files in either .ai or in PDF format. Another thing to note is that since we do not work with photoshop, we cannot provide PSD format.
Do you correct my description?
No, we do not correct your description. Despite sometimes we may correct minor things, our team is not qualified in grammar and text correction. We use text from your existing product description on the design of EBC.
